If you’ve been in branch recently you might have been asked to join our new loyalty program.

What is it?

It’s a reward for our account holders who send their customers to us.

For Example:

You’re doing a job for Mr and Mrs Smith, they’ve picked their bathroom and it comes to £1000. Usually, you would go to Browns, buy the materials and then charge the customer for material plus labour.

Now there’s another option.

You give them one of your Browns discount cards for 5% off. They save £50 on the materials and you EARN £50 for the materials.

That £50 goes onto your account as a credit, to do anything you want with.

So Why Join?

1.  Money for Nothing

The reason we introduced this scheme was to reward our customers. We found that a lot of people were doing this anyway, and we wanted to thank them for sending their customers to us.

2. You make 5% and the customer SAVES 5%

No really. You get to make money while the customer is saving money what better way for you to get more work and more recommendations than by saving your customer money.

3. Avoid the VAT Threshold

Death and Taxes. Two things you can’t avoid. What if there’s was a way round that VAT threshold.

By offering your customers an incentive to pay cash directly for materials, all those materials are completely off your books. Completely legal and no clever accounting required.  

4. Give Yourself an Advantage when Quoting

Even when you put materials on your account, you get an advantage over other tradesman. If you know you’ve got £100 credit on your account from previous customers, when you quote for other jobs you know you can compete on price because you can put that £100 towards that job.

5. Add ons

You might quote Mr and Mrs Jones for a patio, give them their 5% discount card and send them down to pay. When they arrive at our Nottingham Road Branch they see some Old Marseile Cobbles or some Granite Sphere’s. What you thought was going to be a £25 credit on your account is suddenly a £40 credit and we’ve done the work for you.
